I personally loved the topping, by far the best cobbler I ever had.

I made this using half the cinnamon and half the vanilla; I wanted more peach and less cake flavor. I don't know how it turned out, though, because my husband ate it all before I got home. He said it was great. I told him about the lady who fed it to her cats. He said, lucky cats.

Awesome, truly easy and delicious. I ran out of butter milk so I used whipping cream instead. I also added some fresh ground nutmeg to the topping. Really light texture to the topping that my family gobbled up - my husband doesn't usually like sweets but he loves this one.

Absolutely love the filling. My peaches were sweet but not too soft. I used 1/2 cup of sugar and it was delish! Did not care much about the crust but for filling alone this deserves 5 stars. Quick and easy and works great served with vanilla icecream!

This recipe was super easy to follow and didn't require any ingredients that you don't often have on hand. I also added in some blueberries for color and served it with ice cream and it was so yummy!! My husband had 2 servings! I will definitely be doing this again!

If you're from anywhere in the South, steer clear of this recipe. It is very watery, icky sweet, and the crust is mealy instead of the texture one expects of cobbler. I've let it come to room temperature and tried again, as one of the other reviewers suggested, but it didn't help. I was looking for a recipe with more body and richer taste.

I tried this cobbler the next day and completely changed my mind. It was delicious! I think eating fresh out of the oven was a mistake.

oh my goodness this recipe is wonderful! I didn't have any buttermilk so I used Yoplait thick and creamy vanilla yogurt...it was awesome! Yum Yum Yum!
