This was the first potato salad I have ever made, and I was glad it was this one! Tasted delicious and will make it a favorite of mine!

I wanted to make a simple potatoe salad and this recipe spoke to me "make me" so I made it last night and tried a bit today - it was delicious. I took it to a volunteer meeting of 20+ attending and it was one of the first things to go. I also made the Coconut and Oatmeal drop (cookies recipe and those cookies were quickly gone too! Thank you Eric ... your recipe keeps making tummies rejoice :.

Great, simple recipe. Just like my grandmother used to make. Made it for a Memorial Day picnic and it was a hit. I used red onion instead of the green. Will be making it again soon!

so good! i've never made potato salad before and this was delicious. the only thing i added was dill relish. when my husband asked for potato salad to go with the burgers i was making, i said i'd look up a recipe online. i didn't want anything too fancy or with too many ingredients...and this was easy and tasty.

I have tried many Potato Salad recipes looking for the "ultimate" - I was skeptical of this recipe as the ingredients are so simple - but boy oh boy do the ever deliver - Delcious - Cream & Crunchy!!!!!!!!!

My recipe for potato salad is pretty much the same as this. I have to say I use russet potatoes also and I fine they make a better potato salad. I also use a lot of eggs, that makes it.

I made some changes but it's easy to make just time consuming...well worth the time. I'm very picky about potato salad, this is now my favorite recipe.
