    A friend gave me this recipe and I loved it! I modified the recipe by cutting back on the heat and using all coconut milk (I couldn't find coconut cream and adding a bunch of sauteed vegetables (mushrooms, yellow squash and zuchini -- anything you like right before the mixture was simmered for 10 minutes. I would serve this for company it's so good and very authentic tasting.
