    As per the first review, I also didn't know the intended use of the red pepper fusion, and couldn't find out any additional info, so decided to make it my own.

    I cooked enough portions of orzo in chicken broth, and then swirled the red pepper mixture into the orzo, then plating the seafood on top, and garnishing as directed in the original instructions with the sliced red pepper, scallions and parsley. Enjoy!!!

    Haven't made this yet, but it sounds great. One big question.........what do you do with the red pepper concentrate/butter mixture? Do you toss the seafood in it? Do you put it in a bowl for dipping? Whazzup? Please add this information to the recipe....please. Thanks
