    Where's the batter part of this recipe? For the life of me, I think I read it at least 5 times and finally gave up. Just did my own egg wash and crumb. They didn't hold together well. Flavor was good though. Couldn't find neem/curry leaves, just omitted. Instead of black mustard seeds (which I went to 3 stores looking for, along with looking for curry leaves I substituted yellow. I will never make again, totallynot worth it.
