This is a quick & easy recipe that is very flavorful. Works especially well with slipper tails when you are pinched for time.

This was the first time cooking lobster tails for my fiancee and myself, this recipe is really great tasting, the lobster was moist and and it is really easy to prepare and cook. I wasen't sure even where to start after buying them, seeing as we don't have a steamer or a grill (small duplex, no patio so we used the broiler for first time ever, for the tails and they came out wonderful. I used a lot of butter for the marinating process indicated in the recipe before cooking and added a little olive oil and they came out wonderful. Thanks Star for the great recipe, oh and making my life that much easier. I served the lobster with french cut green beans and rice with hollendaise sauce, which we also used for dipping the lobster. Just an idea for sides on this dish. Thanks Again!! ADavey13.
