I have made these cookies for the past 2 years, and even brought them to my first ever cookie exchange last Christmas. Everyone raved about them and agreed with my 7 year old son that "Mommy makes the best Christmas cookies ever!"

These cookies are easy to make and delicious. I've tried adding some flaked coconut, which people have preferred. I usually double the recipe, and it a short while, the cookies are gone --- soft, chewy, and delicious!

These cookies are delicious. I baked them for a Superbowl get-together. I quickly baked a second batch before we left the house because my husband loved them so much. These cookies were a huge hit and my new favorite.

The first time I followed exactly how the recipe read...I got twenty eight cookies which soon became four after my kids and husband got hold of them.
I just made them again making double the recipe, cutting back a bit on the sugar, and using dried peaches....they are awesome!!!! Love them both ways but leaning towards the peaches.

These cookies are wonderful. The blend of apricots, white chocolate, & almond extract are perfect together. They are mellow, smooth, unique, & all-over good!

I made these for a reception. To be honest, I substituted dried mango for the apricot. It was terrific. When the guests bit into them, they could't quite figure out what the "odd" combination was. Many asked for the recipe.

These turned out to be very good, and orignial. I also used white chocolate chips, which decrease the presentation factor but saved on time. Be sure not to overbake, just lightly browned is perfect.
