I think there is a baking time issue here but the flavor is wonderful. I will see if I can adjust the butter next time as well as baking time.

The BEST brownie recipe ever. The only thing I would recommend is a longer baking time as 25 minutes wasn't long enough. I left the brownies in for about 35-40 minutes. After letting them cool completely I put them in the fridge overnight. The next day I had the ultimate chewy brownie!

These were the best brownies I ever had. Everyone in my family loved them and we all consider ourselves experts in the sweets department! I did have to cook them longer, but followed the rest of the recipe to a tee and it was perfect!

These brownies were terrible. After the recommended 25 minutes they looked like soup, and even after an extra 5 minutes baking still looked suspicious. In the end they turned out very crusty on top and oily on bottom. May they rest in grease.

I didn't have the opportunity to see this episode and I don't like baking without watching (you know how some things are left out sometimes or quantities differ. Plus I always read the Reviews as well beforehand to see how it turned out for others. I have to say I was totally disappointed in these. I used a double-boiler to melt the butter thinking it got separated in the microwave and that caused problems for others. Let me say in the end I could totally taste the egg in them, total turn off. They were not cooked after 30 minutes in my opinion. The center was glistening and not firm at all. In other words you couldn't pick it up with your hands. Instead you need a spoon or fork to eat it. Sorry, but this is just turn out at all!

What a waste of good chocolate! These are the WORST brownies I have ever made. They are greasy and refuse to setup. Way too much butter or not enough flour. Either way there are many simpler and much better recipies for Brownies. These are the first brownies I have ever made that no one would eat. Don't wast your time with this one.
