    This was so easy to make and turned out FABULOUS! I couldn't get the lime leaves, so I used extra lime juice and a little lime zest, otherwise I followed the recipe to a "t". I did double it all though for extra servings. We served this with some chicken satay and had the best meal we've had in a long time! The next time, I think I will add some vegetables and substitute chicken for the shrimp.
