    This was my first attempt at cobbler, but this recipe was very easy to make and delicious. I made the recipe as directed, but found that there was not enough berries or batter. I've altered the recipe to double up on both of those. I left the sugar/cornstarch combo and the amount of boiling water as is. Also, my family wasn't crazy about the blueberries, maybe because they're not as tart as the raspeberries and blackberries, so I will omit those next time. It was very delicious, though and is already a family favorite - topped with ice cream, of course!!!

    I made this for a Christmas dessert. I bought 2 bags of frozen berries at 16oz since I wasn't sure if the first bag would cover the 3.5 cups of berries needed. I found that one bag at 16oz is equal to the 3.5 cups. However when adding to the 13X9 pan it didn't seem enough. I added the second bag and doubled the rest of the recipe. It didn't boil over. Deelish!!

    This was my first attempt at a cobbler. I used frozen berries. It turned out quite nicely! I will definitely be adding this to my collection and can't wait to make this again. I served this with vanilla gelato (love the warm/cold combo!. The leftovers aren't as good as it was when it was just baked but it was still good (warmed.

    I whipped some up right after I saw the show, and it's good. I would maybe use more batter. Awesome with ice cream.

    My daughter and I nade this for my family and served it with peach and vanilla swirl frozen yogurt...Yum..I cut back on the sugar about 1/4 of a cup when I mixed it with the cornstarch,perfect, not too sweet. Will make again soon.
