This was very good, but I have had better so I gave it 4 stars. There was a recall on ground turkey, so I used lean ground beef. I also added 1/2 teaspoon of ground cayenne pepper to spice it up a little. I'll probably try a different chili recipe next time so I have something else to compare this to, but I did go back for seconds and finish off the leftovers for lunch the next day! Not bad at all!

This was my first time making chili, and I am so pleased that I picked this recipe! It was SOOO good! I changed a few things up....I added 2 tablespoons of chili powder, and added a can of corn. It was a little thin for my taste, a little soupy, so I think next time I will add just 1 cup of stock instead of 2. Other than that, I wouldn't change much about this, and I will be making this many, many more times!

This is the first review I've ever written on this website but I felt I had to rave a bit about this recipe. Wow. I thought I would find a good basic turkey chili recipe and tweak it time after time until I came up with my perfect version. But this is almost perfect! I didn't add any of the chicken stock because I felt the consistency was just right without it. I may add more beans and peppers next time, but the flavor was incredible. This recipe is definitely a keeper!

I STUCK TO THE RECIPE EXCEPT I ADDED A BIT MORE HOT SAUCE AND AN EXTRA 1/2 CAN OF BEANS. THIS CHILI WAS THE BEST I'VE TRIED AND IT IS SO EASY.

I omitted the chicken stock - so easy to make, and so yummy! Definitely going to make this again.

Tastes more like soup than chili...

Delicious! I served this at our Super Bowl Non-Party and everyone liked it. I doubled the chili powder, omitted the chicken stock, and used Srichiri hot sauce (the one with the rooster instead of Tabasco. I'm only sorry I didn't double the recipe!
