Really great! I ran out of onions, so I used onion powder instead. I added a little diced hot pepper, then topped with sour cream and shredded cheese. It is really creamy and delicious!

Great meal and it was easy to prepare however, I followed some of the comments and only used 1/2 cup of chicken stock which was enough. The second time I tried this recipe, I didn't use any chicken stock and tripled the chili powder. Great results. This is my new winter staple.

Super easy and delicious chili. Loved the orginal and then changed it up the second time by using spicy turkey sausage, fire-roasted tomatoes, three tablespoons of chili powder and a heaping teaspoon of chipotle chili powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of cumin. Absolutely fantastic-- it will become a staple for our tailgating parties.

I love this recipe! It's a little high in calories - in fact the Weight Watchers point total is actually 13 points per 1 cup serving so I try to eat half (not 1 pt per the other review. I had to plug the recipe in to a calorie count calculator to get the nutritional info. I'm trying to lose weight so I wanted to be sure about the points.

    Nutrition info per serving: Calories - 639 • Total Fat: 16.1g • Total Carbohydrates - 75.1g • Dietary Fiber - 19.9g

this is my husband's absolute favorite dinner! i got the recipe about 6 months ago and i make it once a week for him... since i like a thick chili, i don't put any chicken stock in, and i also up the amount of onions, garlic and bell peppers by at least 3! such an awesome recipe....

This is the best chili! I even like it better than my fabulous beef chili recipe I have fine-tuned through the years. It just tastes so fresh. By my calculation it only has about 1 weight watcher point per 1 cup and it is very filling. Yum!

This was a tasty and easy recipe! I also added some extra chili powder and Tabasco to give it an extra kick, and I added an extra can of kidney beans to make it a thicker chili. I'll definately be making it again soon!
