    Delicious...taste and textures. Repeated the recipe two times...1st w shrimp and 2nd with Monkfish. Slight change in seafood textures but the flavors were each terrific. All were expensive! Annie, Fremont, CA

    I had to use up some leftover lobster (yes, it is possible and this recipe was fast and easy to prepare and was absolutely wonderful. A good smoked bacon helped and I diced the potatoes to cook faster.

    This is one of the best recipes I have found. It has become a Christmas tradition in our family. We ship the lobsters from Maine and it is well worth it.
