Never even heard of Quinoa until my husband purchased some. I searched around and found this recipe, had everything except for the peppers! Made it and now I'm addicted to Quinoa! I bet it's even better with the peppers!

We really enjoyed this recipe. I had to leave the peppers out because I did not have them on hand and this was a last minute recipe find.
I also cooked the quinoa with beef bouillon cubes. I served this with a skirt steak and steam broccoli and my family ( including our 3 year old loved it. Will definitely make it again

Great way to make Quinoa. Loved the flavor of the onions and the spicy peppers. I also used chicken broth as another reviewer suggested. Only sorry I didn't make more for leftovers!

Left out the peppers and it was still good. Added roasted carrots instead. Yum!

I usually hate it when i see people who "adjust" the recipe, but I didn't have everything this recipe called for.I cooked the quinoa in chicken broth and used 1/4 cup of the broth to replace the white wine in the carmelized onions. I didn't add the peppers (even though we love green chiles and skipped the parsley. It was great that way and better than any side dish from a box. My husband who is very picky about trying new "healthy" food loved this superfood cooked this way.

Did not have the proper pepper, so I roasted a jalapeno, red pepper and a pablamo; the flavor was wonderful!

This recipe was very good, with a great variety of flavor. I used Anaheim peppers, soy sauce and added sauteed shrimp. I also used red onions instead of yellow and it came out really good. I think I used a little more wine than suggested but it still turned out well. The parsley gives good extra coloring and the combo of carmelized onions and peppers did wonders for the taste of the quinoa. This dish is so healthy & fulfilling that I will definitely make it again.

Easy to make, and really delicious. The only issue i had with instructions on quinoa cooking, i felt there wasn't enough water , so it almost burned for me. Will adjust next time
