dont just cook with butter or it will burn. add just a swirl of evoo or veggie oil. It came out very good. i did not make the gravy.

This recipe was easy enough to make and it took no time at all. It reminded me a lot of when I was a kid growing up. The gravy was a little different from what I was used to but still really good. My only trouble was that I used a round steak and my meat was so tough even after i tried to tenderize it. Use another type of beef and I am sure this would be a complete hit!
