I made this a lot simpler than the recipe. I foiled-wrapped chicken breasts in some gourmet barbecue sauce and baked for 30m at 375F.
The chutney, I made with a huge can of peach halves and a can of jalepenos. It was really nice.

This was really good. I used a whole cut up chicken and it was yummy.
