    One tip I would add. Cut the pieces out on a parchment lined cookie sheet but don't separate the cookies from each other. I let mine dry out a few days and I didn't have to use the cardboard form. You have to use Royal Icing this way. Great cookie recipe.

    This is really good gingerbread and one recipe makes at ton! I could make two house out of one recipe.
