- 3 pinches mixed pickling spice

Wow....this is good. I will add more vinegar the next time but I also like the sweetness from the brown sugar.

This recipe is out of this world! It is easy, I think the 8 hour cook time is a miss print :- , and the perfect blend of suger and vinegar. I did add a bit more vinegar, however, I like more vinegar then most. I hope if you read this review you will try the recipe out. Its worth it. ENJOY!

Thanks for the wonderful recipe. I have been looking for a good red beet egg recipe for years and this one tastes like the ones I remember from home.
