Did not care for this recipe, although hubby did, that's why I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 2. It tasted too "thick" with the addition of the sour cream to me. Next time I'll just leave it out. Used Rice wine vinegar as that was what I had on hand, otherwise made as stated.

This is an excellent slaw recipe. I may have gone a little heavy with the garlic but it was very tasty with BBQ Chicken. I'm looking forward to left overs today at lunch. I may tweak with the vinegar and sugar the next time for personal taste but it is a perfect place to start. You may want to "half" the recipe as well as this makes a large bowl of dressing.

This is a good cole slaw recipe, but when trying to find the champagne vinegar for this it was hard then when I finally did after many stores it was alittle costly & after I added this & it was done the taste from the champagne vinegar taste no different than white vinegar in a cole slaw. Save your money & time and buy white vinegar!
