    Not a big fan of the dish, it had a very brandy taste and that was really all I could taste. It was as if I was getting tipsy from the alcohol since it didn't evaporate

    Used a yellowtail snapper and it was delicious even though I did not have the jalapenos and only one roma tomato. Quick, easy and healthy.
