It was incredibly easy and the recipe was right on the money. My hard to please wife was mighty impressed.

Probably one of the worst fish recipes I've ever tried. After a few bites, threw away the rest!

This was super easy and packed with flavor. I was looking for a way to use tomatoes from the garden, and this was it. Delicious.

I used canned plum tomatoes (drainedand instead of the "sauce" part I just dotted it with butter and squeezed lemon juice on top. This was really delicious and easy!

I've made this dish several times and it's always great! A great mid-week dinner - it's fast, delicious and packed with nutrition! Even the kids love it! I serve the fish on top of whole wheat couscous, its perfect!

So simple, so light, so tasty. My husband has heart disease so we are always looking for healthy recipes that don't involve a ton of obscure ingredients but do provide a lot of flavor. This is going into the rotation ... yummy!

This dish was light and refreshing, not too strong in flavor though!

The crust and tomato were the best parts of this dish. The flavors melded so well together to make a really mild tasting fish recipe.

great recipe for almost any fish...but I remember on the show, they also used lemon rind and lemon juice on the fish at the end...I also added a little white wine, it was excellent.
