    I make this fudge in the microwave. It's very good and always comes out perfect. It is a kid friendly recipe. Fun to let the older children make it themselves. You can substitute the chocolate chips and use milk chocolate chips or butterscotch chips. Use pecans or walnuts. Any combo is great.
