    Disappointing Coollio! I worried about cooking this meat ar 400 for 1 hr! I used excellent quality Rib Eye steaks and they were not "fork tender." Well done beef, therefor chewy! The sauce was okay, but we found it a bit bland. I won't be using this recipe again.

    I made this recipe tonight. It was so delicious! I followed the recipe exactly. It was quick to put it together. I will definitely make this again. Thanks Coolio!
