I didn't want to go through the bother of making a traditional potato salad. I saw this recipe browsing Food Network, and it sounded good. I tried it and it was soooo delicious! Just the right amount of spice, and excellent flavor! I will definitely be making it again soon :-

I didn't actually make this with the french fries, I admit. But I did think that the dressing and flavors, deserved a kudos. I'm usually not super fond of potato salad but was asked to make some for a bbq. I found this recipe and thought it sounded good, it really was!

This recipe may sound strange but it was one of the best potato salads I've ever eaten. It almost was enough to make my husband break his south beach diet. Alas, it didn't, but it wasn't the recipe's fault. he's just got will power of steel.

If you want to make it ahead, make the wet mixture before, store in the fridge, and add the cooked french fries just before serving. This keeps you from chopping and dicing at the last minute and allows you to add your fries hot out of the oven.

Every now and again I like to try something new when I'm preparing one of our traditional dinners. Each time I am met with mixed response. THIS time was no exception, as my brothers passed through the kitchen and checked out the recipe he made the WORSE face ever...LOL!!! Then he tasted it. Then I tasted it. THANK YOU so much for a wonderful and QUICK recipe!!!

I needed a quick and easy potato salad recipe and this fit the bill! I wasn't sure how it would go over but we loved it and I've recommended it to several people. The french fries are a great substitute for the regular potatoes. I agree with the other reviewer that it is best served at room temperature.

I found this recipe intriguing, so I tried it, not knowing what my family would think of it. We loved it! The french fries add a lot to an otherwise traditional recipe. I thought it was best served at room temperature. I recommend this recipe highly!
