This is how to make pasta! The broom stick is easy to control. Very thin is much easer. The rest of the recipe is DELICOUS !! Thanks so much Maria, and of course Guy.

This took a while to prep and make, but OH MAN was it worth it! I will definitely make again. It makes a ton of food, good for a couple of guests and they will love it too!
