    Been Ina's fan for a long time and love her recipes as they are usually easy to follow and delicious. All except this one (i.e. the fried baby artichoke which turned out horribly oily and not at all different if the chokes were steamed.

    Made this for a small cocktail party...Good thing I doubled the recipe...It was a HIT! This is a keeper! Thanks David & Ina!!!!

    So easy and so good. Makes a great appetizer that friends will think you're a culinary genious! I smashed the garlic into the yogurt dipping sauce which made the dipping sauce much better. Will definitely be making this again.
