Combine all dry ingredients, and then the wet ingredients. Add the wet ingredients to the dry a little at a time until it is all incorporated and looks like a smooth batter. Heat butter in a saute pan over medium heat and add the batter. Cook the pancakes for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove them from the pan and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and serve.
