    This sandwich is my family's favorite. So easy. Of course it needs to be made with fresh halibut. Maybe that is why the other reviewer said her's was mushy. Fresh fish is the only way to eat fish but we actually crave this sandwich.

    Halibut tended to get a little mushy making the sandwich messy, over all.

    People what are you waiting for? This was so simple and flavorful! My husband thought this was resturant worthy ;- Paula, rock on-simple and sweet. Mustard sauce made this sandwich and like the other reviewer said-I wasn't even a fan of dill before. Very easy and quite good. Thanks for making me look good.

    I don't like Dill or at least I didn't think I did... SO DELICIOUS.. .and beyond easy... TRY IT!
