Quick and very tasty. I prepared them in a deep fryer and they came out excellent.

These were great! Definitely add your spices to the flour mix as well!

I invited my sister over for our usual "date Tuesday" with my family where I cook dinner and we watch a few shows on TV. I had just seen this recipe on "Grease Is the Word" and tried it from memory. My memory served me well. They were absolutely wonderful (and I did put seasoning in the flour as well as putting it directly onto the chops. I wrapped a leftover one up for my sister for the next day. The next day she texted me from her job raving about eating the pork chop without reheating it and it was still back slappin' good! Good job, boys!

Krista was right the fist ones I made were very plain tasting. I decided that once you put them into the buttermilk it washes all the seasoning off. So instead of putting the seasoning on the chops............mix the seasoning with the flour. Once I did this the chops had a great taste to them. I did salt and pepper the chops before I put them in the buttermilk and I also added salt and pepper into the flour and also a heaping tablespoon of seasoning salt along with the brothers spices.
They were very moist and you could taste all the spices. Try this next time.

    Hi,

I watched the show and heard Paula say to put on the seasoning earlier. I did that, then let the chops soak in buttermilk a bit before frying as well. It just didnt have any flavor. Maybe if the flour had some seasoing in it? The pork would have benefited greatly from a brine beforehand. I love the Deen boys and am sorry to have to give a negative comment:(

I followed the recipe and it turned out fabulous, dipping the chops into butter milk then tossing them into the flour afterwards really help keep the flour on the chops!
This is a very simple and delicious recipe for mom's that are trying to prepare a nice dinner but don't have much time to cook in the kitchen, add some side dishes and it's a great meal!
My family enjoyed this recipe very much and this will be served more than once on my dining room table!

I deep fried them instead of pan frying. I hate the splatter of pan frying grease. They were really moist and flavorful!
