    I served these waffles for brunch w/ several friends and everyone really enjoyed them. Very easy and quick to make!

    I love waffle and so I keep trying waffle recipes to find just the perfect combination of ingredients. This is it! Delicious. Crispy but not overly so.

    Martha knows how to do it! These waffles are tender inside and crisp on the outside. I only had dark brown sugar, that was fine. I used a bit of organic soy flour mixed with the unbleached. Also added just about a tablespoon of flaxseed meal to make them really good for you. I think I could also cut down on the sugar next time. Been making waffles for a number of years and this is the best recipe I ever had.
