Absolutely perfect and sooo darn cute! This will satisfy any chocolate craving because they are sooo rich! I can imagine that you can use any ice cream you like with this recipe: banana, vanilla, cookie dough, peanut butter, etc. I also found that there was way toooo much chocolate and I think a 3/4cup would do just fine! They are a litle hard but let them sit for a few minutes and they are just fine.

You should have seen everyone's eyes bug out of their heads when I served these for dessert. They were delicious!!! 2 things though - I followed the directions & other reviews were correct that the recipe made too much chocolate topping. And I even doubled the batch of sandwiches & it was still too much. Also the cookies were rock hard after freezing. I will just refrigerate the cookies & maybe only freeze for 15 - 20 min after filling w/ ice cream. I used a Panna Cotta Gelato & the rest was a homerun!!

Nothing beats the combination of chocolate, peanut butter and banana! So as a peanut butter fanatic I used pb cup ice cream and pb cookies. The semi sweet chocolate topping is rich so use a small amount or just use milk chocolate. The banana and toffee just absolutely ties the dessert together. Freeze for at least 3 hrs and enjoy!!

These were great! My cousin and I (13 and 15 made these for our family and we all loved them, they were just the right size, and delicous. The bananas made it that much better. The only things that we might change would be to a little less chocolate on top (though we did kinda put a lot on and I was thinking you could also put nuts on top. Don't worry about it if you don't have time to put them in the freezer for 3 or 4 hours, they would still be great!

These are delicious and impressive to serve...for a crowd of all ages! The only critique...they don't need quite as long to set...the ice cream was a little hard at first!

This recipe was delicous, and kids love them. But. . . They were kind of hard to bite into. I recommend taking the cookies right out of the oven and making them, Then chill them for about 15 minutes. The cookies got really hard, but had a great flavor. Especially the Bananas.
