Ingredients
  • Note to parents: Never leave a child unattended in the kitchen. These recipes are appropriate for children of various ages, 4 to 10. When a recipe calls for cooking on the stove, or using a paring knife, an adult should do those activities and let the child assist, if age appropriate.
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups peach yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • Equipment:
  • Blender
  • 4 glasses
Directions

Peel and wrap the banana tightly in plastic wrap. Put it in the freezer for 2 hours. Place the yogurt, strawberries, banana, and orange juice in the jar of a blender. Puree until smooth and frothy. Serve.

    this smoothie was one of teh best smoothies io have ever had
    better than vendors for one third the price
    This taste great even if you don't freeze the banana. I added a bit of crushed ice and some frozen peaches...it was delicious!
