I went one step further and put the hoagie rolls with assembled recipe(cooked and put mozzarella shredded cheese on it and popped it into a 250* oven. Ooh laa laa.

I just made these and they were excellent! Wrapping them in turkey bacon definitely kicked it up a notch and I liked the sweetness of the peppers and onions. Plus it was so easy to make.

40 Calorie hotdogs? What a find. This recipe gets five stars simply for pointing that out. I went out and got the hot dogs and turkey bacon, which I was shocked to find was only 35 calories a piece.

By the way, I have made the Ring A Bella Portabella sandwich maybe 10 times now! That is tasty, fewer calories and more filling than any Lean Cuisine or diet frozen meal.

Thanks Lisa. I love making your meals because I enjoy cooking, and I feel so good after I've eaten your meals because I know have not overdone it with the fat and calories.

I also love how you prepare them in ways I can count them as one serving of protein and one serving of carbohydrate or one fat serving, one dairy serving, one veggie serving etc etc.

Please keep up the good work!
