Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch salt
- 1 to 2 cups chopped walnuts, toasted and cooled
Directions
Heat oven to 300 degrees F.
Whip the egg white with a whip attachment until stiff.
Add the sugar, cinnamon, and salt and continue whipping until stiff and glossy. Fold in the walnuts.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a parchment lined sheet pan and bake 35 to 40 minutes. Cool and remove from the pan. Store in an airtight container.

So easy and So good! The first batch disappeared before I could add them to my gift boxes last year and they have already been requested this year several times. Thanks for making me look so good!

these were easy and tasty. i felt they needed more walnuts but my husband liked them the way they were. nice and light to have with coffee.

Yummy, quick, easy, what more can I say? We used pecans instead of walnuts as my mother doesn't like walnuts. These delicious nibbles dissappeared quickly.
