    This cake was wonderful! Very moist and not too hard to make! I think the carmel could use a little more coconut or maybe I toasted too long!? But it was a great dessert and would be very impressive for company!

    I made the cakes in a smaller, half-sheet pan (12x17, and they came out perfect! The cake is so moist and not too sweet. I used my own frosting recipe, but did add the toasted mac nuts, and it was so delicious. Thanks Gale for such an awesome recipe!

    A trio of this and the other two dessert tapas nicely arranged on a dessert plate, was a wonderful end to a nice dinner. The execution was simple, the flavor was rich, and the texture was perfect!!

    This cake is one of the best I have ever made it was simple and perfect. The warm goo that went over it was to die for. Every one loves it and requests it for birthdays
