Easy to make. My 10 year old daughter made it. Afterwards, we put it in our ice cream maker. Best chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream we've ever had. Beats any commercial ones. It has a nice rich, custard vanilla flavor. The cookie dough is delicious. The left over dough makes terrific chocolate chip cookies.

very rich flavour, the taste reminds me from when I used to get Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream at the ice cream parlor when I was younger

The ice cream is rich so you are not a likely to overdo it - I did cut back on salt in cookies and the dough was good raw - but didn't like the cookies baked. We ate what we didn't use in the ice cream right from the fridge!

Yummy!!! This was the best! The flavors were a perfect mix. The cookie dough had just the right amount of salt to balance against the sweetness of the ice cream. I could have eaten the whole thing in one sitting!

I know it sounds odd, but my husband and I found this ice cream to be far too rich. The (admittedly delightful taste of the heavy cream obscured the vanilla, and we used a whole bean! All we could taste was cream.

This cookie made my familys face light up. I've never seen my sons face so bright. This is a recipe i'll always remember!
