I loved this flavor...like a chocolate chip cookie...mine were a little dry...I may have over baked them. They weren't really that brown, so not quite sure...worth trying again. People seemed to like them...are they just polite, who knows :

Wanted a quick and easy scone recipe to make on the fly with what I had in the pantry and this recipe was perfect! Very easy and quick to put together. Scones turned out moist and had a great taste! I cut them into 8 triangles just to save a little time/effort, but otherwise made the recipe as written. Thanks for the recipe! Will definitely make them again!

I just got done making these. They are tender and taste so good! I made them as the recipe says. Substituting chips with raisins or craisins might just work, too.

I made these on the fly when needing something to bring to my women's bible study. They were a huge hit! They were moist and delicate~ my kids loved them, as well. I will definately make these again.

These turned out so dry and flat. I like the idea of combining cinnamon and chocolate, but I think that there is too much flour in the recipe.

I have made these several times, and I love them more each time I make them! Great for breakfast, or a tea party.

I made these scones this weekend for breakfast and they were great!! I used rasins instead of chocolate chips (cinnamon rasin is more a breakfast flavor than chocolate chip. I made them in the triangle shape instead of using a round cutter and put a maple syrup glaze on top just as they came out of the oven. A big hit with everyone!!!
