Gale Gand's recipe for Floating Island is one of the best I've ever tasted. This is not an easy dessert to create, but Gale's instructions are clear and easy to follow, which means a great deal to the cook if she has never made this dessert. The results of the effort are simply amazing in terms of flavor. It's rich and creamy with all those egg upi;ls. amd tje cara,e; pver tje tp[ adds wonderful crunch. Hats off to Gale -- she has done it again!
