THIS WAS OVER ALL A DELICIOS CAKE BUT I FOUND IT NEEDED MORE TIME. THE APPLES BECAME VERY MUSHY AFTER 10 MIN SO I WOULD SUGEST LESS TIME.

I actually found this cake recipe to be one of the most simple I've made. I didn't have a 10-inch pan, but used a bunt cake pan, and it worked perfectly. The cake was so moist with just the right amount of sweetness and spice. And when you pour the apples on top, it makes for quite a beautiful presentation!
