    Absolutely Delighted.Get a 2 Tables~spoon Scoop.Don't use cheap peanut butter,too "loose".Place in "fridge" to 'set' prior to rolling.Then,into a Parchment line Tin into "Fridge".If did not work,Read The Recipe at Least 3 Times.I had a previous disaster and ruined a pan.A terrific,delicious recipe.An easy candy to prepare&delicious.

These were very good.. I let my granola balls sit in the refridgerator for approximately 20 minutes before I tried them.. I eat them for breakfast and they keep me energized all morning!

I love the concept. The taste is great (especially with chocolate delight granola but , like alot of other reviewers, I just couldn't get them to stick together that well. What helped a little bit was adding more peanut butter and using a cookie scoop to make the balls but they still tend to want to fall apart. Maybe next time I'll try suggestions from the other reviewers and see if I get better results.

These were the messiest, gooiest "balls" ( I use that term loosely, as I couldn't even form them into balls that I've ever seen. I wasted a whole box of granola, 1/2 container of peanut butter and 1/4 jar of honey trying to get the measurement right. In the end I just threw it all in the trash. I would suggest this website make sure their recipes are well-tested prior to slapping them up on their site. In this economy people can't afford to waste food like that!

This was sooooo delish!!!!!!!!!!! I used 1/2 the granola, soy milk, natural peanut butter and whole grain granola. I can't stop eating them.

This recipe is awesome. You can add chopped up raisins, sunflower seeds and even flax seeds (ground or whole to ramp up the nutritional content. Also, to reduce the mess roll the formed balls in toasted wheat germ (avail in most grocery stores in a jar by the cereals and voile' - less mess and kids love wheat germ because the toasted kind is sort of sweet!

I just loved these! I would recommend using an ice cream scoop to form the balls. I had a hard time rolling them together by hand.

I understand the other reviews about how they were hard to actually get to stay together as balls, and this is how I did it:

I added a little extra peanut butter than the recipe called for; I used regular Jiff, and it worked fine.

This is the key though. You HAVE to keep your hands wet. If they get covered in the peanut butter gloop, you won't be able to form the balls. If your hands stay wet it works. I then chilled them and they made great lunch sack snacks for the adults and the kids.

The recipe is quick and easy! Which is a plus for me.
However, the owners of the recipe obviously know very little about college sports! She referred to the Kentucky wildcats as the Louisville widlcats! FYI..... It's the Louisville cardinals and the Kentucky wildcats! I don't think Kentucky or Louisville fans would appreciate the mishap!
