    The cookies in the picture looked really thin, and that's fine if you like it but I tried bread flour and they were a bit thicker, but still crunchy. Yummy! Alton Brown has ways to alter cookies to make them the way you like them, just type the Chewy, The Puffy or The Thin into the recipe search. Good stuff!

    These cookies are "ok". Without adding chocolate chips to the recipe the cookies are quite bland. If you like soft oatmeal cookies these are ideal but if you don't then you will be disappointed.

    I was afraid these would be a little bland- but the honey gives a great flavor! My only complaint- they were a little crumbly- next time I am going to use more honey. Very Good!!!

    This is a very easy recipe. The result is out of this world! I add white chocolate chips! I have to double the recipe if I want to get any of the cookies.

    These cookies are delicious! And I appreciate that they have healthier ingredients, with very little butter, no white sugar and only a little white flour.
