I'm sorry, but there is no such thing as peanut butter in palacsinta's...Definitely jam, maybe Nutella or ricotta mixed with sugar, raisins and pinch of cinnamon.

would turn over in her grave if I put peanut butter in my palacsinta! The Palacsinta came out well, though.
May I recommend my grandmother's authentic(! recipe? She would take about a cup of finely ground walnuts and three or four Tablespoons of Plain Breadcrumbs and toast in 350 oven for about 10 minutes, stirring every few minutes. Add 1/4 cup sugar and a few dashes cinnamon.
Spread a thin layer of apricot jam on palacsinta. Sprinkle a few spoons of walnut mixture on top and then roll up.
Place two on plate and shave some nice dark chocolate on top!
