This was a bit of a challenge for me, but the directions are great and it turned out PERFECT! I made this for my Mom's birthday and she was SO impressed. I think it would be better with less lemon, maybe even just the zest, but more of it. This was my first time making a roulade, so I'll definately try again and experiment with different flavors. The coconut in the cake was delicious! and at 14 min, the cake was PERFECT. I used the powdered sugar to dust the top and piped the "S" shaped shells down it. But I studded it with raspberries instead of the flowers (I used the smallest raspberries I had so it wasn't odd-looking. Thanks Gale!

The best part of this cake was by far the lemon curd, although the whole thing is fabulous! I would definitely make this again.

This was just a little too tart for me. My husband really liked it. It is very flavorful.
