The recipe didn't mention how to lubricate the tins. Also, I found that the cooking time was not long enough. Aside from that, they were delicious.

I have made this dessert on several occasions. Each time, the baking time is a little different, so there's some room to mess up. The flavor is great, though, and this recipe never fails to elicit oohs and aahs from my guests!
