These cookies were so easy to make and were a big hit with my friends. The recipe was perfect. I did not need to change anything.

These cookies were great to eat and easy to make. My family could not stop eating them. They were crisp and tasty. It did not need much sugar on the outside of the cookie but all in all was a great cookie and will definitely make it again.

These cookies are absolutely genius! My mom ate ten in just one sitting. Everytime I want to make cookies, she just begs for me to make them again.

I've tried 3 different recipes for these cookies and these are by far the best. So delicious. I LOVE them. Mine didn't come out as balls though. They flattened on the bottom, but it doesn't matter. I will use this recipe every time.

I remember making these cookies in the 1950's with my mother. It was exactly this recipe with one change: We rolled the cookies in powdered sugar twice - once when they were warm, and once after they cooled. That gave them a very white finish.

Very good and easy to make. The rolling the cookies in the sugar got pretty messy when using a plate, next time I'll use a bowl instead. The cookies came out very well. My Mom even said they were better than Grandma's cookies, which says a lot about how good they are. The larger chunks of pecan also added to the texture in my opinion.

I first tried these cookies about 3 years ago, they were a bit hit and requested at each holiday thereafter. The only think I changed in the recipe was to put the remaining sugar in a zip log bag instead of a plate and once the cookies were cool enough to the touch put a few at a time into the bag, it went much faster and cleaner then rolling them one by one.
