    We've made these twice so far, both batches were wonderful. The second time we chopped up the peaches into small pieces and mixed them into the batter. We dropped the batter into the oil using a scoop which made donut hole sized beignets. We liked these better, and they were a bit easier to fry up.

    I used thawed frozen peach slices. The batter is yummy. I kept the batter out for several hours and it seemed to lose its flavor. Everyone loved this recipe.

    Easy to make, easier to consume! Flavorful peaches in fluffy-crisp batter. Great with a good cup of coffee!
