I make these every year along with peppermint crunchies. They are both big hits. I used crushed graham crackers instead of fine crumbs. They stay crunchy and add a nice texture. I also make them about half the size (like a marble because they are rich and delicious.

I love this recipe. But, I use crushed pretzels instead of the graham crackers. I use my food processer and then sift out the fine crumbs. This adds a nice crunch to the balls.

Delicious but messy to make. It is difficult and messy to get a chocolate coating that looks even and professional on each ball. I actually omitted the butter and used way less confectioners sugar to make these a little healthier. The graham cracker was a nice touch and something I hadn't tried before with typical peanut butter balls. It made this recipe taste like one of the peanut butter Girl Scout cookies!

So yummy! Easy to make and such a crowd-pleaser. I add a little Crisco to the chocolate to keep it smooth and shiny. Enjoy!

I have been making peanut butter balls for years and this is by far the best and easiest recipe. I wouldn't change a thing the consistancy is perfect. It makes about 60-65 balls. We loved it so much I made another batch.

I will only make this for a crowd next time... it is much too dangerous to have these at home! I used less conf sugar due to recommendations and they were great!
