I made these the first time four years ago and Christmas simply would not be complete without them. They are so simple but the end result is elegant and delicious. I use pre-made peanut butter and dip in melted chocolate chips, because I prefer the semisweet chocolate with the peanut butter.

I've made this with homemade and store bought peanut butter and prefer the homemade for depth of flavor. Try melting paraffin wax along with the chocolate-it sets the melted chocolate perfectly!

This is an excellent recipe. I did have a little trouble coating the balls in chocolate, but will definitely keep experimenting until I get this one right!

These taste great and are super easy to make! I did have to use more chocolate then the recipe calls for but that's no biggie!

The peanut butter balls were absolutely delicious. Someone actually said they were the best thing they ever tasted!
The only change I would suggest is to use a little less sugar then called for. We used a 1/2 box of conf. sugar and added more in until then it reached a consistancy like cookie dough.
For a little added touch I rolled the balls in chopped up honey-roasted peanuts.
