I made a trial run on this dessert before Thanksgiving just to be sure it would turn out alright. WOW....I love it! I am a pumpkin pie fan, but not into the crust so much so this was perfect and my guest are still talking about it! Thanks!!

This has a very nice flavor, not overpowering. It will separate a bit while cooling (unless you bind it with unflavored gelatin during heating but I just tell my guests to expect a multi-layer dessert. Everyone raves about it and it's a nice alternative to pumpkin pie or heavier fare.

The creme brulee was good but the pumpkin mix seperated after it cooked.

I made this on Thanksgiving. Maple Sugar
or Turbinado makes the best topping.

The texture was wonderful and creamy. My guests were sticking their fingers in their ramekins trying to get more....
