    I loved the icing, but depending upon the size of cake, you might need a double batch. It tasted great and was very easy to make.

    I followed this recipe to the letter, only I added a tablespoon of lemon juice. The citrus cut the overpoweringness of the sugar, and brought out creaminess of the butter and cream. And you can't taste the lemon juice at all!

    This icing was easy to get to the proper consistency, tasted good and took color well. I would just be sure to remember that the butter will set up if you store the icing in the fridge, so be sure to give it time to come up closer to room temperature before trying to spread it.

    This frosting is very easy to make and tastes great! I used it a lady bug cake I made for my daughter's 1st birthday party. It was a hit!

    I will NEVER make buttercream frosting the old way again! This was increadibly easy, and WAY better than anything from the store.
